The Children’s Books initiative introduces new, as well as established authors of children’s literature. Children have the opportunity to read a broad variety of works by these talented writers and illustrators.
- In 2002, the first book Why the Sun Rises, was published. The book was written by Natalia Bon, a preschool psychologist. The presentation of the book took place in March 2002 in the city of Zolotonosha (Cherkasy region). Famous Ukrainian writers Y. Mushketyk, O. Syzonenko, S. Kolesnyk took part in the presentation. Natalia Bon, who is now a well-known children’s writer, is grateful to the Foundation for the support.
- In 2019, the book: Ukrainian Alphabets and Fairy Tales, with Georgiy Narbut`s illustrations, was published.

During the Soviet period, all of Narbut’s works were banned. The large-format, beautiful book published by the Folio Publishing House, includes fairy tales and the Ukrainian alphabet with graphic illustrations.
